Referrals
New patients are generally seen by referral only. No walk-in patients are accepted. Please obtain a referral from your doctor. Referrals can be faxed to 647-689-7289.

For follow-up appointments, please contact the office or fracture clinic depending on the nature of the appointment.
In order to expedite care, patients must bring CDs/DVDs of their imaging to their appointments. Imaging department can provide you with a copy of your disk upon request. Alternatively, a link to an online image repository may be provided by the hospital where the imaging was performed. Having a paper report may not be sufficient.
